Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused People Experience Manager to lead our People Experience team across Australia and New Zealand. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of a seamless, high-quality employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. As the operational engine of the People function, you will oversee every interaction, process, and system touchpoints to ensure they are efficient, compliant, and centred on delivering exceptional support to our people. From onboarding to offboarding, you will ensure managers and employees receive responsive service, clear processes, and trusted guidance at every stage of their journey.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead and evolve the People Experience team as a high-performing, service-driven function. 
  • Support the operational performance and optimisation of HRIS (Oracle) and related systems, providing system support and enhancement recommendations. 
  • Oversee coordination of documentation and administrative support for performance management, injury management, and employee relations matters. 
  • Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of contracts, letters, employment documentation, payroll inputs, and employment verification
  • Set clear KPIs and service expectations aligned to organisational goals. 

Your Strengths

  • Significant experience leading HR Operations, People Services, or People Experience functions across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • Strong experience managing HRIS and payroll systems, including optimisation and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership of operational teams delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle services.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation across Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, and operational transformation. 
  • Formal qualifications in HR, Business Operations, or related disciplines.
