Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity with the People Change & Transformation Team? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual who thrives in the world of data and analytics. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part supporting in the design of future-state operating models utilising org-design tools and crafting insightful people impact assessments. You’ll transform complex data into clear, compelling summaries that drive decision-making and spark progress. If you’re adept at managing large datasets (even the sensitive ones), love working in a fast-paced team environment, and can effortlessly connect with Business Leaders, this could be your perfect match!

What you'll do:

  • Design Wizardry: Create future-state organizational structures, role maps, and reporting lines using cutting-edge org-design tools. Translate design principles into practical data models while keeping everything organized and up-to-date.

  • People Impact Assessment (PIA): Spearhead the PIA for various business areas, quantifying headcount, role changes, and impacts on location and contracts. Maintain a reliable single source of truth and audit trail for all changes, ensuring clarity and accountability.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Craft eye-catching analytical reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that illuminate design options and program metrics. Conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and risk/benefit comparisons to guide wise decision-making.

  • Data Management & Governance: Master the art of data by managing, cleansing, and reconciling sensitive datasets from multiple sources while upholding data privacy. Implement robust data quality checks and escalate any issues with thoughtful solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Shine as a communicator by presenting your findings and recommendations to Senior Business and People Leaders with clarity and confidence. Collaborate with People Partners, Change Leads, and Business SMEs to validate insights and drive timely actions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion enhancements to org-design tools, templates, and analytics approaches. Share your wealth of knowledge by training colleagues on effective data interpretation and best practices.

What you'll bring:

  • Data Guru: Expertise in data analysis and visualisation are a must. Experience with automation, PowerBI (or similar) and HRIS systems would be great, but not essential.

  • Data Savvy: Strong skills in data integration, cleansing, reconciliation, and manipulation of large datasets.

  • Adaptable Go-Getter: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at cross-functional collaboration and managing competing priorities.

  • Privacy Protector: Experienced in handling sensitive People data, applying top-notch privacy and security measures.

  • Analytical Ace: Exceptional problem-solving skills, including scenario modelling and quantitative impact assessment.

  • Communication Pro: Masterful written and verbal communication, able to produce concise executive summaries and present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders.
