Job Purpose
People Administrator is an integral part of the team that provides administrative service and support the Country Head of People & Culture & People Team.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to Country Head of People & Culture and the People & Culture team
  • Employee Lifecycle - Prepare and send letters required during employee lifecycle.
  • Monitoring probationary periods and sending out appropriate probationary forms
  • Manage all associated paperwork for leavers.
  • Completion of mortgage, loans and employment reference requests
  • Maintain and update the HR files
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of learning and development programmes, including room bookings (internal and external), room set up, catering arrangements, printing of materials, joining instructions, attendance tracking and liaison with external training providers
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with training records and completions
  • Assist with HRDC levy submissions and refund documentation
  • Administrator for Private Medical cover
  • Enrol new joiners on biometric system.
  • Record sickness absence for H.R Department
  • Collation of appraisals and document training needs for employees
  • Manage invoices and cheques for People and Culture Team.
  • Assist with colleague events and activities to support our engagement calendar
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by the People & Culture Team.
  • Assist Talent Team in organising career fairs when required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • Knowledge of HR Practices and Labour Law
  • Highly computer literate with excellent mastery of Microsoft Office and any other business-related tools
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – be solution-driven
  • The ability to execute projects; able to make propose solutions to improve our capability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to send mass communication, e.g. Mail merge, etc
