Playtech’s Finance Team is looking for a proactive Payroll Specialist with excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and compliance.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Review and verify employee expense reports and claims.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including benefits and other relevant data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to the Finance Manager/Payroll Manager.
  • Support onboarding by setting up new employee payroll profiles.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and other relevant regulations.
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager/Payroll Manager and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Hold a Payroll Specialist/Administrator certificate or a CIPP Payroll Management qualification.
  • Have 3+ years of prior experience in payroll.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Are proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
