Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Payroll Expert with excellent communication and analytical skills to join the People & Culture team. This is a fixed-term position that offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will help shape seamless payroll processes.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Register all events related to the unified employee digital record (e.g. employment contracts, agreements, and termination orders) with the National Revenue Agency.
- Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy
- Review team leader schedules to accurately prepare attendance forms reflecting hours worked and tasks completed.
- Prepare monthly estimation reports to support payroll processing.
- Assist in salary budgets and forecasts.
- Input employee data (vacation, leave, deductions) into local HR software.
- Support the Senior Payroll Expert in preparing monthly payroll statements.
- Organize payroll documents systematically.
- Submit and manage all leave types, including sick, maternity/paternity leave via relevant institutions with the National Social Security Institute.
- Compile statistical and analytical reports.
- Prepare internal management reports (e.g. working hours, leave, sick leave) and employee documents (e.g. certificates, official letters).
- Submit D1 and D6 forms when applicable.
- Assist in staffing schedule preparation.
Components for success. You...
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excel at Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
- Are experienced with local payroll software.
- Know employment, social security, and tax legislation well.
- Communicate professionally and clearly.
- Are reliable, accurate, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Work well within a team and adapt easily.
- Organize your time efficiently and handle multiple tasks calmly.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Approach work systematically and proactively.
