Role Overview

We are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to support the delivery of our payments strategy and roadmap across the business.The Payments Operations Specialist will have strong subject matter expertise in the e-commerce payments area, have the customer at the heart of all that they do whilst maintaining a strategic, “big picture” view on things and be passionate about achieving excellence and continuously improving our ways of working. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage escalated payment issues from Customer Support to ensure the best payment experience for our customers
• Provide excellent service to PokerStars customers when handling stand-alone customer queries
• Ensurethe conformance to payment processes by all teams and training on new payment processes
• Ensure efficient communication with payment providers
• Assist in the development and testing of payment projects
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to same
• Provide tactical and strategic support to the Payments Operation function
• Fully understand the processes and systems used by the Payments Operations team and support with any investigation or escalations that arise
• Continually develop monitoring techniques to identify operational continuity challenges
• Provide operational payment support to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of payment provider systems an advantage
