The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Payments Product Owner to take full ownership of our shared cashier platform across multiple brands and jurisdictions, responsible for defining the product vision, driving roadmap prioritisation, and leading the end-to-end delivery of payment integrations and cashier capabilities across all client brands and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and maintain the cashier product roadmap aligned with platform strategy and commercial priorities
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering delivery
• Define and monitor key KPIs such as deposit conversion, acceptance rate, withdrawal latency, error rates and provider performance
• Balance scalability and client-specific requirements within the shared multi-tenant platform architecture
• PSP Integration & Technical Coordination
• Own the end-to-end delivery of PSP integrations, upgrades, and configuration changes
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for payment providers and internal teams
• Coordinate API integrations, webhooks, redirects, and wallet flows across payment methods
• Support migrations, provider replacements, and routing changes.
  

Delivery & Implementation

• Work closely with Engineering to; Implement and test new payment methods and PSP features, Resolve integration issues, errors, and edge cases.
• Coordinate integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and reliability standards
  

Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor transaction flows, error rates, and system alerts across PSPs
• Investigate payment incidents, failed transactions, and reconciliation issues
• Support operational teams with root-cause analysis and technical explanations
• Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and payment flows
• Support optimization initiatives such as: Smart routing and fallback logic, Provider performance comparisons, Reduction of payment failures and declines 
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Payments Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Support regulatory, compliance, and PSP certification requirements
• Assist PAM and client-facing teams with technical payment queries and escalations

 Requirements:

• Strong iGaming payments experience with deep understanding of cashier flows
• Hands-on experience integrating PSPs, gateways, and alternative payment methods
• Solid knowledge of APIs, webhooks, 3DSecure, tokenisation, and transaction lifecycles
• Experience working in multi-brand or multi-tenant platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on conversion and performance optimisation
