Job description
We are hiring a Payment Product & Operations Manager to oversee the entire TotoGaming payment ecosystem (Totogaming.am and Totogaming.ro). This role involves ensuring the smooth performance of operational processes, coordinating integrations, and continuously improving payment methods.
Responsibilities
- Research market trends, assess new provider integration opportunities and define a payment method development strategy (also for new markets)
- Coordinate the contracting phase with internal teams (Legal, Fraud, Financial Risk) and external payment partners
- Collaborate with Technical, Product and Operations teams to improve the functionality of the cashier, the payment user journey, as well as implement new functional solutions
- Oversee the technical integration and operational processes of payment providers
- Implement 24/7 monitoring to identify potential risks, failures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor the seamless operation of systems, respond quickly to technical issues, as well as spearhead the relationship with the provider
- Prepare reports on the performance and issues of payment systems, analyze their efficiency and suggest solutions for process improvement, based on data and user behavior
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Management
- 2-4 years of work experience in FinTech or iGaming
- Required experience with payment integrations and PSPs
- Required experience in developing PRDs and product requirements
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
- Proficiency in Jira, Excel and analytical tools
- Knowledge of AI tools shall be considered an advantage
- Analytical thinking, the ability to quickly resolve issues
- Strong sense of responsibility, keen attention to detail
