As Partnerships Manager, you will play a leading role in driving visibility and advocacy for Entain Studios’ game portfolio across global markets. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for placement strategy and internal communications, ensuring both new releases and live catalogue titles receive the right support at the right time.
Reporting into the Head of Operations you will build strong relationships with internal brand teams, negotiate placement opportunities, and ensure launch activity is aligned to commercial priorities. Working closely with Data & Insights, you’ll monitor performance and feed recommendations into future campaigns, resurfacing opportunities, and long-term portfolio strategy.
This role represents Entain Studios across internal stakeholder groups, ensuring our content is positioned clearly, consistently, and competitively across the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand teams and key markets, managing relationships to secure optimal tile placements, promotional support, and ongoing visibility for new and live games - ensuring commitments are delivered on time and to scope.
- Negotiate placement, promotional visibility, and marketing support with market stakeholders, balancing business needs with local priorities to maximise reach and revenue opportunity.
- Own the in-house campaign and content roadmap (via JIRA), maintaining accurate scheduling and ensuring stakeholders across studios, brand teams, and commercial functions are aligned on upcoming launches and catalogue activity.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow performance of live content, using trend analysis and market insight to recommend resurfacing opportunities, placement strategies, and promotional activity.
- Partner with the Data & Insights specialist to review campaign performance, report on KPIs, highlight market opportunities, and translate findings into actionable optimisation plans.
- Represent Entain Studios as the commercial and marketing lead for internal stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and aligned to business priorities.
- Lead showcase forums, spotlight sessions, and stakeholder presentations to champion new releases, communicate performance insights, and drive internal adoption.
- Brief and collaborate with design teams to deliver campaign assets, launch toolkits, and ad hoc creatives - ensuring alignment to brand requirements, regulatory standards, and strategic goals.
- Maintain and evolve the Entain Studios content hub and toolkits, ensuring resources, templates, and marketing materials are up to date, accessible, and support efficient delivery across teams.
Set and manage expectations, including timelines, delivery requirements, and launch dependencies - ensuring all teams understand responsibilities and SLAs are adhered to.
Essential:
- Experience in marketing coordination, communications, or campaign support roles
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with a knack for clear, concise messaging
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating both short-form and long-form content.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for gaming, marketing, or both
Desired:
- Experience working in the gaming or entertainment
- Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to future campaign planning
- Familiarity with regulated markets and localisation requirements for marketing content
- Experience briefing or collaborating with creative teams (e.g. copywriters, designers, video editors)
- Comfortable hosting or presenting in internal forums or team meetings
- A passion for games, digital content, or storytelling
