Role Summary:
We are seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist (Meta Ads) with a strong track record of managing and scaling performance-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data, creative testing, and audience growth, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for various brands, ensuring performance goals are met across awareness, acquisition, and retention stages.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage advanced targeting strategies to reach the right audiences, including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments.
• Creative Strategy & Testing: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives. Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve performance.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rates. Provide clear and insightful reporting, along with data-driven recommendations.
• Budget & Bid Management: Strategically manage media spend across multiple campaigns to maximize ROI while adhering to client budgets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, analytics, and development teams to align paid social strategies with broader business goals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of changes in Meta’s algorithms, ad formats, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Your Skills and Competences:
• 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) in a performance marketing role.
• Strong understanding of ad platforms, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and attribution modeling.
• Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Experience with eCommerce, iGaming, or other high-volume B2C/B2B sectors is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with creative best practices for Meta platforms and confidence in briefing creative teams.
• Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate strategies, performance insights, and next steps to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with other paid social channels (TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) or marketing automation tools.
