Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology & Insights, you will partner across the business to deliver trusted workforce insights and improve how people data supports decision making. 

• Develop workforce reporting, dashboards and people analytics insights 
  

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements 
  

• Build reporting solutions across People and business systems 
  

• Analyse trends, exceptions and data quality opportunities 
  

• Support executive, board, audit and external reporting needs 
  

• Drive automation and continuous reporting improvements 
  

What you will need to succeed 

You are inquisitive, collaborative and motivated by continuous improvement, with a strong interest in understanding the story behind the data. 

• Experienced working with workforce and people data 
  

• Strong capability using analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Oracle Fusion FAIDP) 
  

• Experience within large and complex organisations preferred 
  

• Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Fusion or SQL advantageous 
  

• Proven ability improving processes and reporting outcomes 
  

• Strong judgement handling confidential employee information
