OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT

We are looking for a true diamond - Estonian and Russian speaking outbound customer support agent. Join the growing Entain North and Central Europe team to challenge yourself!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct telemarketing negotiations with existing company customers,

• Provide the necessary actions to increase the efficiency of sales of the company's services,

• Understand customer needs and provide customized offers,

• Know the offered services, to provide existing customers with the needed information,

• Promote long-term relationships with the company's customers and take care of their satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in sales and / or customer service by phone,

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Estonian and Russian; at least intermediate skills in English,

• Orientation to professional customer service,

• Negotiation skills,

• Ability to argue and persuade,

• Ability to make decisions independently, take responsibility and show initiative.
