Operations Specialist

Description

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing platform configurations, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency, resolve issues, and support continuous improvements and tool development.

Responsibilities

• Adjusting and managing game stake limits in accordance with platform requirements
• Organizing and categorizing games to ensure clear structure and usability
• Configuring and maintaining game layouts, including alignment with product line departments
• Managing supplier-related and game-specific notes within the system
• Monitoring system performance and reviewing the results of implemented adjustments on a daily basis
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues discovered through ongoing monitoring
• Implementing and maintaining translations within the system
• Proposing improvements and automation solutions for existing tools and workflows
• Following up on the implementation of proposed enhancements and solutions
• Staying up to date with industry platforms, tools, and capabilities to support development processes
• Preparing reports on completed tasks, performance, and analytical findings
• Monitoring and supporting the tool development roadmap
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the direct supervisor in line with the role
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Technical, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Solid product management knowledge and understanding of related processes
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of AI tools is considered an advantage
