Job Description

Entain Studios is on the rise, and we need a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to help us deliver excellence in our fast-paced, multi-market gaming environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations you’ll be the backbone of our operational engine - driving efficiency, optimising workflows, and leading our team and Operational streams to keep our studio’s releases on track and compliant across all regulated markets.

  • Lead the day-to-day Operations team activities, ensuring smooth delivery of all product releases across multiple regions, whilst meeting strict regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and support your team to raise the bar on delivery quality, embedding best practices and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own operational processes related to game submissions, certification, and release pipelines - identifying areas to streamline, automate, and improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Work closely with Studios, Compliance, Delivery (Operational Stream), Product/Tech, Compliance, RNG, and other internal teams to align operational plans with studio roadmaps, regulatory timelines, and priorities.
  • Drive and deliver key cross-functional product initiatives and operational projects that fall outside the day-to-day delivery cycle, e.g. new market expansions, new feature additions.
  • Manage team capacity and resource allocation to meet delivery milestones while maintaining agility to respond to shifting priorities or unexpected challenges.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, provide transparent reporting to senior leadership, and escalate risks or blockers proactively to keep releases on schedule.
  • Ensure all operational activities adhere to the diverse regulatory requirements of each market we operate in, supporting audit readiness and maintaining robust documentation.
  • Play an active role in implementing process improvements, tooling upgrades, and organisational changes as Entain Studios continues to grow and scale globally.

Qualifications

  • Proven operations management experience in a fast-moving, regulated environment - gaming or digital product experience preferred.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of multi-market compliance, certification, and release processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse operational performance and implement improvements.
  • Skilled communicator able to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex delivery roadmaps.
