Position Summary

In support of the Regional CFO, you will serve as a strategic finance partner working closely with our Line of Business and Manufacturing leaders to drive key finance initiatives and decisions related to our Instant Scratch games portfolio. You will utilize your financial acumen and operations/supply chain knowledge to influence cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that key projects and initiatives enable attainment of financial goals and that reporting is availability to drive visibility and accountability of performance. You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed results, leading budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes.

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze and drive initiatives to enhance growth and profitability, improve working capital, effectively deploy capital, and advance other operational KPI’s
  • Develop and deliver timely financial reporting packages and dashboards.  Leverage data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with demand planning to align inventory investments with forecasted business needs; conduct scenario modeling to optimize working capital
  • Partner with IT, Data Analytics, and Operations to drive system enhancements and data visibility to enhance decision-making and financial improvements
  • Collaborate with Procurement teams to establish measurable material savings targets and support initiatives to achieve and measure these goals
  • Manage capital planning & financial modeling of investment proposals to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, financial targets, and ROI expectations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

Required

  • Technical knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools, including: Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, other ERP systems

  • Strong understanding of operations/supply chain processes and financial drivers

  • Communication and influencing skills

  • Demonstrates ability to deliver and communicate results

Desired

  • Experience with manufacturing, logistics, retail, or consumer goods

  • Experience in the Lottery Industry, desired but not required

  • Project Management

  • Self-Motivated, demonstrating ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in related field.
