As an Operations Content Management Assistant, you will assist in uploading and publishing approved content, ensuring the highest standard of service to our customers, whilst supporting with regular administrating reporting and tasks.

The Operations Content Management Assistants are responsible for managing and publishing approved content to enhance our operations and customer service capabilities.
Working with a team of coordinators and supervisors, you will be encouraged to work independently and share ideas to improve knowledge management and service delivery.
A comprehensive training programme will be provided. This full-time position typically involves working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 - 17:30, and is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy.
