Job Description

As an Operations Content Management Assistant, you will assist in uploading and publishing approved content, ensuring the highest standard of service to our customers, whilst supporting with regular administrating reporting and tasks.

This is an excellent opening for an entry-level candidate with a strong interest in content management.

The Operations Content Management Assistants are responsible for managing and publishing approved content to enhance our operations and customer service capabilities.

Working with a team of coordinators and supervisors, you will be encouraged to work independently and share ideas to improve knowledge management and service delivery.

A comprehensive training programme will be provided. This full-time position typically involves working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 - 17:30, and is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to personal development.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt positively to setbacks.
• A willingness to learn about content management systems and relevant software applications.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Additional Information

• Processing changes to approved content using appropriate editing tools.
• Maintaining knowledge content used by operational teams.
• Ensuring content is presented in line with the agreed Style Guide prior to publishing.
• Completing administrative tasks related to content management.
• Preparing and sending concise communications to all stakeholders.
• Using tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Jira Cloud to effectively communicate and manage workload.
