About the role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Brazil.

Our Operations team sits at the heart of the customer experience. It's the team that keeps our products moving with speed, precision and care, ensuring every customer interaction is accurate, compliant and effortless. As Stake continues to grow, Operations plays a critical role in scaling our systems, improving our processes and helping us deliver an investing experience people genuinely love.

You'll work across the full operational lifecycle of Stake Super, partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, Finance and Compliance to solve problems, improve workflows and uncover opportunities to make things simpler. You'll combine operational excellence with curiosity, using data and AI-powered tools to help us continually raise the bar for quality and efficiency.

What success looks like

Success in this role is about creating an operation that scales as quickly as our ambitions. You'll help build the systems, processes and ways of working that allow customers to move through their investing journey with confidence.

  • Own critical operational processes across Stake Super, delivering consistently accurate, timely and compliant outcomes.
  • Solve customer and operational challenges with urgency, partnering across teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and introduce automation, AI and agentic solutions that unlock meaningful efficiency.
  • Use SQL and operational data to surface insights, identify trends and influence better business decisions.
  • Continuously improve operational documentation, controls and reporting to support a growing business.
  • Proactively identify risks before they become issues, helping strengthen operational resilience and compliance.
  • Become a trusted operational partner across Customer Success, Product, Finance and Compliance.
  • Raise the standard for how the team works by contributing ideas, improving processes and helping build a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll thrive here if…

  • You have experience in operations, financial services or another detail-oriented environment where quality and ownership matter.
  • You enjoy solving ambiguous problems and naturally look for ways to simplify, automate and improve how work gets done.
  • You're confident working with data and SQL, using insights to inform decisions rather than relying on assumptions.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well across technical and non-technical teams.
  • You're comfortable using AI tools and large language models to increase productivity and redesign operational workflows.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment where ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement are valued every day.

Bonus if you've ever

  • Worked with superannuation or SMSF administration.
  • Used BigQuery or similar analytics platforms.
  • Built automated workflows using AI agents or low-code automation tools.
  • Supported operational processes within a fintech or regulated financial services business.
