MIDDLETOWN, PA, THIS POSITION IS ONSITE
The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer’s position is responsible for developing and executing manual testing use cases of Terminal based applications and reporting systems on new and existing products to ensure that
they meet the requisite functional, technical, and regulatory compliance and maintain high overall product quality.
Interface with Lottery/ Development and other Product Development staff to resolve issues in a timely manner. This position works in tandem with the Supervisor, System Integration to oversee the on-site support of on-line software, file systems and database application deploys within the Online Production System.
This position will lead the efforts to create, modify and implement test plans, scripts, summary reports and status reports. This position directs the workload of the Quality Care Specialist within the Systems Department to ensure even flow and accountability of work performed within the department. This position reviews proposed requirement changes, additions as relates to the AEGIS-EF system. A Quality Care Specialist understands and follows standards and best practices for SQA and CMMI.
