What We are looking for

As an Online Casino Promotions Associate (Spanish Speaking) you will work to drive promotional activities within the online casino, deliver quality customer service and encourage customer loyalty to the brand.

What you will work on

  • Develop and execute effective online casino promotions, including various bonuses, tournaments, and other customer incentives.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns are not only effective but also profitable.
  • Deliver promotions on time and to a high standard, ensuring that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions, making necessary changes to improve overall performance.
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to the development team to help improve the overall customer experience and product offering.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that Novibet stays ahead of the curve.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Experience with promotions, including building and executing campaigns with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships within the team.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the online gaming industry would be considered as an extra asset.
