Your Impact

As our Online Casino - Lobby Operations Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of product and commercial - curating, positioning, and optimising our online casino lobby to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

This role is operationally focused and central to how our casino brands come to life. You will manage the game release calendar, oversee lobby presentation, and ensure each title aligns with brand strategy and commercial objectives. Balancing creativity with analytical rigour, you’ll help shape the way customers discover and experience our casino content.

Your work will directly influence performance, player engagement, and the overall success of our casino offering across multiple brands and markets.

Who You Are

You have a genuine interest in the online casino space and understand what makes a great game stand out - from mechanics and RTP to player appeal. You keep an eye on new releases, emerging providers, and evolving trends, and you’re curious about how content placement drives engagement.

Most importantly, you bring both commercial awareness and authentic enthusiasm for the industry.

A Day in the Life

  • Coordinate and manage the casino game release calendar across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Conduct pre-release checks (RTP, max exposure, bet limits, market availability) and upload accurate game metadata into back-office systems.
  • Curate and maintain lobby categories aligned to brand strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Compliance teams to launch game-led campaigns and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Monitor performance metrics including Turnover, GGR/NGR, RTP deviations, and player engagement trends.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities to improve visibility, retention, and revenue while maintaining strong brand alignment.

Your Strengths

  • Strong understanding of the online casino industry, including game mechanics, RTP, risk exposure, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience in digital operations, content curation, CRM, marketing, product, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Solid analytical capability (Excel or equivalent tools) with confidence interpreting performance data and identifying trends.
  • Commercial acumen balanced with creative flair and brand sensitivity.
  • Experience working with CMS or back-office platforms; familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Power BI, or ClickUp is advantageous.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the online casino industry and emerging gaming trends.
