Your Impact 

The Office Manager is responsible for leading workspace, fleet, and travel operations across ANZ, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient environments that support business needs.

The role ensures well-managed, safe, and compliant workspaces and mobility services, with vendors held accountable to clear performance standards. Through effective risk management and continuous improvement, it supports a high-performing workplace experience.

Success is reflected in consistent workspace standards, reliable service delivery, strong cost management, and clear visibility of operational performance across ANZ. This is a 12-month contract based in our Brisbane office.

A Day in the Life

• Lead fleet operations (AU) and travel management (ANZ), ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective mobility.
• Oversee driver compliance, travel policy adherence, and risk management, identifying trends and improvements.
• Manage facilities and workspace operations across ANZ, delivering safe, functional, and consistent office environments.
• Lead and develop workspace teams, ensuring high standards across cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities.
• Oversee planning and delivery of corporate events and people initiatives with strong coordination and financial discipline.
• Manage vendor performance across fleet, travel, and facilities, ensuring service quality, compliance, and value.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, supporting incident response, emergency readiness, and business continuity.

Your Strengths 

• Proven experience leading multi-site facilities and operational services within medium to large organisations. 

• Experience leading and developing direct reports across geographically dispersed teams. 

• Proven ability to drive operational consistency and embed standardised processes across multiple locations. 

• Sound commercial acumen, including budget oversight and vendor cost management. 

• Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance service delivery, risk management and employee experience.
