ENTER THE GAME

As an Office Executive, you will join the OFM/HR team, made up of 15 people, whose role is to support the HR and OFM functions by providing effective, efficient and professional 1st line support to Betclic Group employees and visitors to our offices in Sliema


YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Be the first point of contact for admin requests.
• Welcoming all visitors to our offices and assisting as appropriate.
• Answer telephone calls and direct as needed.
• Assist the Office Manager in the running of the company office, mainly management of office facilities and supplier relationships, office mail, deliveries, etc.
• Assist the HR team with HR administration duties as needed.
• Perform errands that assist daily function as assigned.
• Provide admin support to the HR & OFM team as requested and needed.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS RECRUITMENT?

If your application is shortlisted, you will meet with the relevant hiring managers and an HR representative throughout the recruitment process. 

You may also be asked to complete technical assessments and a psychometric test, depending on the role.

The recruitment process typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for you.
