Role Overview

The Office Administrator keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, managing everything from office layout and equipment to maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor relationships. They ensure full compliance with local health and safety standards while keeping expenses on track and supplies well-stocked. Coordinating internal communications, meetings, and company events, they serve as a central point of contact across the organisation. Through accurate attendance and leave tracking, and by supporting management with reports and administrative tasks, they help create an environment where people and work can thrive.

What We Expect From you:

  • Manage office layout, furniture and equipment setup
  • Ensure compliance with local health & safety standards
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the office
  • Liaise with building management, service providers, vendors and suppliers
  • Control office expenses within approved budgets and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Manage employee attendance and leave records
  • Coordinate internal communication and announcements
  • Support management with reports and administrative tracking
  • Organize meetings, events and internal activities
  • Advanced diploma in Business Administration, HR or related field
  • 2+ years experience in Office Administration or Office Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Understanding of Kenyan labour administration processes is an added advantage
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
