Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Head of Sponsorships & Events, you will play a key role in delivering customer experiences that strengthen engagement, brand presence and commercial outcomes.

• Lead customer experience activations across sport and racing
• Deliver engaging venue experiences aligned with brand strategy
• Partner with marketing, retail and industry stakeholders
• Manage agencies, suppliers and event delivery partners
• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement
• Track results and optimise future experiences and activations

What you'll need to succeed

You bring a customer-first mindset, strong collaboration skills and a passion for creating experiences that connect people to the brand.

• Experienced in events, marketing or customer experiences
• Proven ability delivering customer-focused activations and campaigns
• Strong capability managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Ability to turn ideas into engaging customer experiences
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of sport, racing, retail or entertainment environments
