JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a new designer to join our expanding in-house design and marketing team in the Latam Hub. This person will be involved in the execution of marketing and branding initiatives across different channels, working mainly with motion projects.
The ideal candidate has an excellent knowledge of many design tools and must be creative to excel in a fast past environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Producing consistently excellent visual motion projects for digital environment
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material
• Preparing assets based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Staying up to date with the HQ design marketing team
• Follow creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Have previous experience in both design and realization of printed and digital graphic pieces (such as banners, cards, brochures, social media, etc).
• Ideation, creation and completion of motion projects.
• Extensive knowledge of all graphic tools
• Ability to work in a team. Organized and detail-oriented person used to working with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of graphic design to improve the visual communication.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Attention to detail.
• Open-minded and flexible team player.
