Job Description

Grosvenor Casino, The Victoria (Edgware Road, London, W2 2DT)

Step into the spotlight at Grosvenor Casino as a Mixologist, where you’ll be the face of our bar experience - welcoming guests, crafting exceptional cocktails, and creating an atmosphere that keeps them coming back.

You’ll bring passion, flair, and creativity to every drink, showcasing your skills across a range of classic and innovative cocktails. With every pour, shake, and stir, you’ll deliver outstanding service and unforgettable moments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a mixologist or bartender role, ideally in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A flair for presentation and attention to detail.
• Team player attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
