Responsibilities:
Review client-requested features, define their scope, and coordinate with the Account Manager/Integration Manager or other BUs to clarify feature details or address client feedback;
Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and provide answers to questions related to user flow or implementation.
Ensure that all new requirements are estimated in MD (man-days) and once added to the current quarter commitment, put up a comprehensive timeline for all client features incorporating tasks dependencies analysis, prioritization and risks;
Create UXM tasks with necessary details, including requirements, UAC information, user flow, and associated diagrams.
Ensure all relevant data is accurately documented to facilitate development, testing, and rollback resolutions.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure clear understanding of UXM requirements and actively work to remove blockers.
Ensure project documentation is complete and easily available.
Submit release requests, provide updates if releases are impacted by business
related factors and actively drive production deployment together with operations manager;
Provide regular updates and activity reports on features development, including any delays or changes from the established timeline;
Escalate issues regarding delays or challenges promptly and ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the risks;
Build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders by clearly communicating priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Keep impacted parties informed about agreed-upon items with Account Managers or clients, making sure expectations are aligned and facilitating smooth project execution;
Prepare demo videos for the project/ project features and provide updates on progress and deliverables for Internal or Big Demo meetings in front of management; Ensure that all relevant information is communicated effectively to keep the impacted parties informed and engaged;
Regularly update the project roadmap to reflect current progress and future plans, providing clear and timely information to all relevant stakeholders;
Propose ideas to improve projects and processes to fulfill client needs.
Track time for all project or product management activities using the company's approved applications: Jira and Timely;
Requirements:
At least 4-5 years of experience in project or product management/ownership or business analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; presentation skills with a business analysis/SWOT focus.
Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
Experience in identifying industry leaders and creating specifications that achieve positive results. Nice to have:
Technical University or University of Economics/Business; relevant certifications (SCRUM, PMP, BA, PO) are welcome.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in team leadership and motivational skills.
Planning and organizing, decision, making, and conflict management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability.
