We are looking for a dedicated Middle East Sales Manager to join our team in Sliema, Malta!

About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Middle East Sales Manager join our Casino Business Unit, with a strong focus on content sales across the Middle East region. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term partnerships with operators and key stakeholders. You will play a critical role not only in executing high-value sales initiatives but also in shaping and implementing the commercial strategy for the Casino content sales in your given region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales – Casino, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership while serving as a brand ambassador.

What You'll get to do:

  • Identify, engage, and educate prospective operators and partners on Casino content solutions and platform capabilities.

  • Drive new business development initiatives from prospecting through contract negotiation and deal closure.

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with strategic clients and industry partners.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term vision.

  • Define revenue targets and lead initiatives to achieve and exceed them in collaboration with senior leadership.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable sales and business strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

  • Ensure alignment and effective communication across departments to achieve business objectives.

  • Represent the company at key industry expos, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen market presence and credibility.

What we’re Looking For:

  • Native or fluent Turkish speaker with strong English skills.

  • Proven B2B sales experience, within iGaming, casino content, or platform B2B sales Strong understanding of the Middle East market.

  • Existing network within the iGaming ecosystem is a necessity.

  • Demonstrated and proven history of closing deals and managing complex negotiations.

  • Commercial minded, results-driven, and proactive.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
