Your Team:
You’ll be part of a collaborative team ensuring top-quality experiences across web, mobile, and backend platforms. Your work includes designing and executing test cases, validating features against Figma designs, and testing native iOS/Android apps for performance and usability. You’ll also verify plugin integrations, UI consistency, accessibility, and localization. The team values learning, openness, and quality — with an active culture where every voice counts.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• End-to-End Testing: Design, execute, and document manual or automated test cases across web, mobile, and backend platforms to ensure high-quality releases.
• Cross-Platform Validation: Ensure consistent performance across devices, OSs, and browsers using tools like BrowserStack or real hardware.
• Defect Management: Log and track issues in Jira, collaborating with developers to ensure timely fixes and prevent regressions.
• Release Readiness: Run regression, smoke, and sanity tests, supporting go-live validation and post-release monitoring.
• Documentation & Environments: Maintain clear test documentation and stable environments for efficient testing.
• Quality & Improvement: Promote quality as a shared responsibility, suggest process and tooling improvements, and support team growth.

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of manual QA experience across web and mobile platforms 
• Skilled in cross-browser/device testing with strong QA methodology knowledge 
• Experienced in structured test design (test cases, checklists, edge cases) 
• Strong communicator with clear, actionable bug reporting skills 
• Agile team player who actively participates in sprint activities and retrospectives 
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on quality throughout the lifecycle 
• Familiar with automation concepts and CI/CD, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
