Media Partner Coordinator, MedTech World
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Location: Malta
Launched in 2020, MedTech World began as a bold initiative to position Malta as a bridge connecting startups, investors, service providers, and thought leaders in the Medical and HealthTech space. Fast forward five years, and we have evolved into a global platform, with operations spanning Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
We are now operating an exciting new chapter: running four summits across four continents, in four quarters. To support this global expansion, we are looking for driven and organised professionals to help us execute at scale and support our growing international presence.
The Role
As a Media Partner Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support across all media partners, influencers, and press collaborations at MedTech World. The role focuses on organisation, documentation, follow-ups, and execution support to ensure media activities are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.
This is a coordination and support role, not a strategy, acquisition, or performance ownership position.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination with media partners, influencers, and press
- Coordinate the execution of media campaigns and ensure timely delivery of agreed assets across all channels
- Track media partnership agreements, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups
- Ensure all media commitments are executed in line with agreed terms
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all media partnerships
- Manage and maintain media asset libraries
- Monitor and track the delivery of media campaigns and published outputs
- Liaise with internal marketing, events, and creative teams to align campaign requirements
- Troubleshoot issues related to media assets or partner requirements and coordinate resolution internally
- Conduct quality checks on media assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines
- Support press coordination, including press lists, media requests, and accreditation
- Assist with pre-event and post-event media coordination tasks
- Support the marketing and events teams with media-related administration
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Head of Marketing
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in media, PR, influencer coordination, marketing support, or events (preferred)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, reliable, and structured working style
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
