Role overview: We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to drive in-app advertising campaigns for our mobile projects. If you have a strong background in performance marketing and experience managing large budgets, letβs talk!
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire traffic from in-app ad networks by planning and executing ad strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and budgets, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored to the target audience.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for audience targeting and campaign optimization.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance user acquisition (UA) for mobile projects.
- Experience working with analytics & attribution systems: Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase.
- Proven experience with various SDK networks: IronSource, Unity, Mintegral, DSP Liftoff, Moloco.
- Hands-on experience managing six-figure monthly budgets for Android & iOS in-app campaigns.
- Experience working with Tier 1 geos (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) β strong communication skills are a must.
- Deep knowledge of Appsflyer.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience with budget allocation and forecasting ($300,000+ monthly).
- Experience with IronSource, Unity, Liftoff, and other major in-app ad networks.
- Familiarity with CPA, ROAS-based campaigns and campaign type diversification to maximize UA goals.
- Established relationships with publishers and marketing partners in the mobile gaming industry.
- Ability to collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets.
Challenges During the Probation Period:
- Launch and scale in-app campaigns to $100,000+ monthly ad spend while maintaining target KPIs.
