ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, analytical Mathematician/Game Designer to join our development team. This role focuses on designing engaging slot games and building the mathematical models that power them. You'll collaborate across disciplines to bring innovative game concepts to life while ensuring mathematical accuracy and performance.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Design multiple slot games from concept to completion, applying advanced mathematical, creative, and game-design skills.
  • Execute end-to-end game design tasks, incorporating competitive insights and technical considerations.
  • Develop and analyze game math models, including payout structures, probability models, and pay table iterations.
  • Create and maintain detailed game design documentation to support smooth development and cross-team alignment.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop and validate game logs, ensuring accurate math implementation.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in slot game design and/or game mathematics.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C or C++ preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling game concepts and mathematical models.
  • Strong communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
