ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Tailor with extensive experience in professional garment construction and alterations within live production, entertainment, hospitality, or iGaming environments. They should possess exceptional craftsmanship, translate necessary aesthetic expectations through their work, and have a deep understanding of how fabrics, colors, and fits perform under studio setup and influence player satisfaction. They should be comfortable working in fast-paced live studio settings, maintain flawless results, proactively avoid challenges, bring solutions, and anticipate wardrobe needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Design, tailor, and alter costumes and uniforms for live dealers, presenters, and studio staff.
- Ensure precise fitting for on-camera presentation, comfort, and mobility during live broadcasts.
- Ensure costumes meet studio lighting and camera requirements (fabric texture, color balance, reflections).
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards aligned with luxury hospitality and entertainment aesthetics.
- Ensure all wardrobe aligns with brand identity guidelines and studio dress codes.
- Perform quality checks, repairs, and maintenance to ensure garments are studio-ready.
- Monitor wear and tear, recommending replacements as needed.
- Manage fabric sourcing and supplier relationships when required.
- Supervise assistants and closely cooperate with designers.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Education in Tailoring, Fashion Design, Costume Design, or related field.
- At least 3-5 year professional on-hands experience tailoring experience (experience in entertainment, TV, theater, hospitality, or iGaming preferred).
- Expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and alterations, sewing equipment, garment finishing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics suitable for studio lighting and HD broadcasting.
- Ability to manage bulk alterations efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Impeccable attention to details and high-quality standards.
- Excellent organization and time managements skills.
- Great communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and supervise others.
