What you’ll do:
Join the team of Marketing for Sisal and in particular the Marketing Strategy team reporting directly to the Marketing Strategy Associate Manager.
Have the opportunity to be involved in the marketing strategy definition for Sisal and its sub-brands, ensuring consistent brand positioning, key messages, and visuals
Extract, analyse and present marketing and business data and KPIs on a regular basis
Conduct in-depth, data-driven analyses to monitor brand performance, assess market trends and consumer insights, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making
Support marketing plan management and cross-channel calendars and the execution of the main campaigns
Help maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice
Constant benchmarking of the market and competitors.
What you’ll bring:
A degree in Economics, Marketing or a similar discipline
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to be part of a team and to constantly learn new concepts, approaches, and methods
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and extract actionable insights.
A proactive, self-starter mentality, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
