The Brightstar Marketing Specialist works with the Wisconsin Lottery team to ensure that retail, marketing, and advertising efforts are aligned around the Wisconsin Lottery’s specific business objectives. The role will support the Lottery’s marketing efforts, including product development, retail innovations, brand management, limited time offers, digital media, and more. This role has responsibility for day-to-day communication with the Wisconsin Lottery team and their marketing partners across product, sales, marketing and research initiatives. The Marketing Analyst will work alongside peers within Brightstar Corporate Marketing and the Wisconsin Lottery to assist and complete marketing projects including brand expansion, corporate accounts, as well as cross-functional teams including Sales, Product and Corporate Social Responsibility

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $67,200 - $164,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
