Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Performs office administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors and determining nature of business, composing and sending correspondence, and prioritizing mail. - Maintains files for mychoice and Bus Marketing to ensure effective preparation of materials, flow of information, and management of schedule to allow the successful operations of the Box Office, mychoice, and Bus Marketing. - Explains the benefits and issuance of the mychoice rewards program and any marketing promotions. - Supports mychoice staff as needed. - initiates ticket sales and assists with gift giveaways. - Assists in daily operations of the bus program, including greeting, accurate tracking of passengers, and invoicing. - Assists Bus Marketing in the analysis of the bus programs in order to determine the most profitable groups, geographical areas, time of month, and seasonality; evaluates results to make additions/changes to program. - Responsible for win/loss statement processing, communication, and storage. - Purchases, inventories, and stocks office supplies and other items needed by mychoice, within guidelines, to ensure timely procurement of necessary items. - Responds to both internal and external guest communication. - Communicates with appropriate departments regarding any needed office/iT equipment maintenance or repairs and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, printers, kiosks, embossers, and computers. - Attends meetings and relays pertinent information to manager. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of administrative experience required. - Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts preferred. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Knowledge of player tracking systems a plus; must be able to understand the concepts of actual and theoretical player value. - Must have strong problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Ability to make decisions within the scope of assigned authority. - Must have the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment. - Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
