What you will do 

• Own and lead the end-to-end planning framework for key marketing campaigns and projects. Keeping teams accountable to campaign planning landmarks and ensuring they are completed on time and to the agreed standards. 

• Support the Marketing team in developing overarching campaign and project plans, challenging and supporting teams to ensure plans are delivered in line with business objectives. 

• Build positive relationships across the teams including Commercial, Brand, Media, CRM, to look at what’s coming up in each H/Q to understand bottlenecks, risks and challenges. Align against business priorities ensuring that the appropriate level of support is planned for all campaigns. 

• Identify & call out any opportunities, risks or barriers to team members, leading where needed on contingency plans and communicating these to wider teams. 

• Support team members in identifying potential gaps, opportunities or bottlenecks by holding a well-rounded view of marketing campaigns/projects across the team, enabling a proactive and timely response.

What we are looking for 

• Strong background of leading the end-to-end planning framework for key marketing campaigns and projects 

• Experience of facilitating the setting, analysis and communications of measurable campaign KPIs aligned to business KPI’s, timely during and post campaigns 

• Confident working to tight deadlines, highly organised with strong project management skills  

• A natural communicator who can collaborate and influence.
