Your Impact

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to help bring campaigns to life across our fast-moving brands. This is a hands-on role at the heart of marketing execution — perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things moving, aligning teams, and making sure great ideas land seamlessly in market.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign delivery — from brief through to launch and wrap-up. working closely with Brand, Creative, and Media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

A Day in the Life

• Own the day-to-day coordination of campaigns from initial brief through to execution and post-campaign wrap.
• Translate campaign briefs into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable tasks for all stakeholders.
• Take a hands-on role in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of campaign collateral across all channels
• Ensure all campaign assets (digital, social, broadcast, and promotional) are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
• Build and manage detailed project timelines, including key milestones, approvals, and dependencies.
• Assist in tracking campaign budgets, ensuring spend aligns with approved forecasts.

Your Strengths

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or creative production, ideally within an agency, however, not essential.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams.
• Experience or interest in sports, wagering, or entertainment (a bonus, not essential).
