Playtech is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a sharp eye for data and a talent for keeping things on track.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Collaborate with agencies to oversee, optimize, and execute daily activities across key acquisition channels, including Paid Search (Google, Microsoft), Paid Social (Facebook), and Affiliation.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance across channels, providing weekly and monthly reports with key metrics such as spend, ROI, ARPU, CPA, etc.
- Lead the launch of acquisition campaigns, coordinating with agency partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Track daily performance of acquisition channels, identifying and resolving risks or issues promptly.
- Brief in and assess marketing assets (e.g. ads, landing pages etc.) to ensure they are compliant and will support lead generation.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing activities.
- Assist in rolling out initiatives and campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness.
- Conduct research into market, competitor, and offer trends to uncover opportunities for performance improvement, with support from internal teams.
- Present digital marketing and acquisition performance in team meetings, and collaborate with colleagues and agency partners on new initiatives and upcoming plans.
Components for success. You...
- Are fluent in English.
- Have excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing role.
- Bring solid experience working with popular paid search and/or paid social platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook).
- Have experience analyzing campaign performance (e.g. ROI, CPA, etc.).
- Are data-driven and able to conduct research (trends, competitors, market, offers, etc.).
- Bring an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Are a proactive self-starter who thinks strategically and brings creative solutions.
- Are a team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage projects and tasks across departments.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excel at multitasking in dynamic environments.

- Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Experience with app marketing and/or affiliate marketing.
- Possessing a higher education degree in Marketing or a similar field.
