Job Overview -
As our Marketing Executive II – Organic Growth, you will be responsible for driving user migration and organic growth across all Junglee Games products through cross-sell, refer-a-friend, and social sharing initiatives. You will execute, analyse and optimize multichannel campaigns aimed at increasing inter-product movement, leveraging user networks, and enhancing long-term user value.
This is a role that demands strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to act swiftly on insights to build impactful user journeys.

Requirements -
o    Execute and analyse referral, cross-sell, and migration campaigns across multiple platforms and products to maximise user movement and increase LTV
o Analyse user behaviour and product affinities to create micro-segments and cohorts for high-impact cross-sell and migration strategies
o    Develop and manage social sharing programs such as Happy Moments (e.g., game won, tournament won) to drive virality, engagement, and brand visibility
o    Drive cross-sell initiatives through feature-led strategies like missions, multi-game leaderboards, and incentivised migration rewards
o    Handle the execution of GTM strategies for features like referral bonuses, cross-game rewards, multigame leaderboards, and social-led growth loops
o    The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail
o    Performance tracking and reporting of KPIs for all campaigns, including conducting A/B tests to optimize targeting, messaging, creatives, and timing
o    Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour metrics and funnel data to inform campaign decisions
o    Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, design, EIL, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and compelling user journeys
o    Stay updated with industry trends, referral program best practices, and emerging formats in social sharing and cross-product engagement

Qualifications -
o    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
o    2+ years of experience in user engagement, CRM, or campaign management for mobile apps, preferably in the gaming or real money gaming industry
o    Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, Clevertap, Webengage) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch)
o    Strong understanding of user behaviour metrics and engagement strategies
o    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
o    Data-savvy with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on data to inform campaign decisions and strategy
