As a Marketing Compliance Executive you will join the Marketing Compliance team to support the Company’s marketing operation at our offices based in Gibraltar.
This is an entry level role and you be will part of the team that is responsible for supporting the various internal global marketing functions and overall business with compliance matters relating to all aspects of marketing, including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Affiliate Partners, Brand and the bet365 News site. This involves helping to manage the implementation and impact of existing regulations and incorporating any changes and additions to working practices.
The successful candidate will review global marketing content in line with the applicable regulations and provide guidance where required to ensure that our content meets the required standards. This includes review against various frameworks and guidelines from gambling regulators to advertising bodies, with rules differing from territory to territory.
You will also be involved in supporting new licence applications and drafting responses/ documentation for existing regulators or governing bodies.
The role will be full time, primarily working Monday to Friday, however a flexible approach will be required to support business needs as and when required.
