Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning and delivery of campaigns that connect with our audience and stand out in a competitive market. You’ll play a central role in shaping marketing activity across Dabble, bringing together campaigns, content, and messaging in a way that feels cohesive and impactful.

You’ll own campaigns end-to-end from idea through to execution. Working closely with teams across Trading, CRM, Acquisition, and Community to ensure everything is aligned and delivered effectively. Collaboration is a key part of the role, with a strong focus on making sure campaigns meet both creative and commercial objectives.

This role is all about understanding our audience and using those insights to develop engaging, innovative campaigns, while continuing to build and strengthen our community experience.

Primary Location

This role is currently open to candidates based in Leeds and surrounds, though other locations in the United Kingdom may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of marketing activity across performance, brand, and campaign initiatives

  • Drive strategic campaign development while managing day-to-day execution across racing, sport, emerging markets, and iGaming

  • Work closely with teams across the business to develop, execute, and measure campaigns tied to key events and product launches

  • Play a key role in the development and delivery of innovative campaigns designed to enhance customer engagement

  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all teams and customer touchpoints

  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign and business performance, providing insights to inform marketing strategy

  • Coordinate team outputs in line with key events and product releases

  • Lead and support key roles within the UK team

  • Provide hands-on support across operations and campaign delivery when needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or campaign management roles

  • Experience in sports betting or other regulated markets (preferred, not essential)

  • Proven ability to work with creative teams and agencies, and to drive collaboration across teams

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

  • Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns

  • End-to-end campaign management experience, from briefing through to post-campaign reporting

  • Ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Results driven, self motivated, and adaptable, with a collaborative approach

Are you a Dabbler?

A Dabbler’s attitude is paramount, as the right person will be able to learn quickly and adapt to any skill gaps. A Dabbler is always a team player, with a willingness to share with and learn from others. Being a remote-first workplace, collaborative working styles are crucial to empower and grow each individual member (eg we prefer openness via public channels to problem solve or ideate on Slack).

A Dabbler uses their freedom of autonomy to its absolute potential and enjoys contributing to the Dabble community. We hold respect for our peers very highly – there is no such thing as a bad idea. We encourage you to think differently, be brave and strive to always raise the bar. Dabble was born out of thought sharing and should tackle growth in the same way. Dabble embraces empowerment of all people at any level of seniority and experience to ‘own their work’ and ‘talk their book’ wherever they can.

A fulfilling life extends beyond work, and we encourage our employees to prioritise self-care and well-being. This means taking breaks when needed, setting boundaries, and seeking support when facing challenges. We are committed to creating a safe environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing their wellbeing and accessing resources when necessary.

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits with room to be flexible.
