What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies to achieve marketing objectives
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure competitive rates and placements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor budget allocation and ensure efficient media spending
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to collaborators
  • Ensure flawless execution of media plans and timely delivery of assets
  • Find opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in media buying practices
  • Guide junior team members and provide mentorship to improve their skills
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding managed services

What We Are Seeking

  • Over 5 years of experience in media purchasing, with a demonstrated history of successful campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and a strategic approach
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
  • Diligent with a focus on delivering flawless results
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus

Pay Range

$104,977 - $194,958 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
