We're seeking a Manager, FP&A Transformation to drive the delivery of our FP&A transformation agenda across the Group and Divisions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll translate transformation design into execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure new tools and ways of working are effectively adopted. You'll act as a key FP&A representative within our broader finance transformation programmes, working closely with the Head of FP&A Transformation and cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum and resolve challenges as they arise.

Success in this role means: delivering initiatives on time, to scope, and to quality standards; driving strong adoption of new processes and tools; securing positive stakeholder feedback; and ensuring effective coordination across Group, Divisions, and Polaris workstreams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of assigned FP&A transformation initiatives, ensuring achievements are met and high-quality execution is maintained
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for defined initiative areas, coordinating activities and managing progress
  • Conduct analysis, gather business requirements, and support solution build activities across Group and divisional FP&A teams
  • Support process mapping, documentation, and standardisation efforts to drive consistency across FP&A teams
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with collaborators
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives, advancing where required
  • Assist in the implementation of new planning tools, templates, and frameworks, collaborating closely with technical teams and subject matter experts
  • Support change management activities, including training, communications, and collaborator engagement
  • Serve as a local advocate for new methods of working, encouraging adoption and resolving concerns
  • Prepare communication materials, training content, and collaborator updates to support change
  • Gather user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to iterative build improvements
  • Maintain RAID logs, project plans, and status updates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Ensure alignment with broader finance transformation initiatives and maintain strong cross-functional coordination

How You'll Do It

  • Experience in transformation, project management, or process optimization within finance or a related function
  • Strong organisational, communication, and collaborator coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively with collaborators across levels, functions, and geographies
  • Analytical approach with comfort working with data, process flows, and structured problem-solving
  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related area
  • FP&A or broader finance experience helpful but not essential
  • Familiarity with planning tools, digital transformation, or finance systems desirable
