What’s the position?
We’re seeking a Lobby Content Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our casino lobby content strategy. This role will be responsible for managing lobby updates, QA, and performance tracking, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible player experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with iGaming experience who’s eager to combine content operations with data-driven insights. You’ll gain exposure to personalization, A/B testing, and innovation initiatives, while playing a hands-on role in how players discover and engage with Hard Rock’s online casino games.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily lobby operations, including content scheduling, asset QA, and cross-jurisdiction updates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Product and Creative teams to coordinate timely game launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Support the execution of the lobby content strategy, ensuring high-quality presentation and discoverability of games.
Use Amplitude to report on A/B tests and validate lobby changes.
Develop lightweight automation, scripts, or process improvements to streamline lobby operations and reduce manual effort.
Document lobby processes, metadata standards, and operational best practices to improve efficiency.
Stay current on competitive iGaming trends and provide input on opportunities to enhance the player experience.
What are we looking for?
You are an organized and detail-oriented operator with a strong interest in iGaming content and player engagement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoy digging into data to improve decision-making. You’re ready to learn and grow into a role that blends execution with strategy.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1–3 years of experience in either iGaming, digital content operations, or product/CRM coordination.
Familiarity with Amplitude or other analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Looker, etc.).
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and disciplines.
Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Passion for personalization, engagement and.
Additional experience with A/B Testing, Tableau, or machine learning is a bonus, but not required.
