As a member of the LiveOpsTeam at Betsson Group, you will help us refine our ITSM platform. We’re looking for a skilled person who will join our team in the challenges of finding solutions that will support following the processes of ITIL v4 in a fast moving, high paced organization with as little friction for participants as possible. This is an opportunity for who want to be challenged with setting in structure, being an advocate for the process, and gaining inclusion and buy-in needed by responsible parties. There will be a need to understand and produce reporting on Incidents and subsequent Root Cause Analysis as that leads into Problem Management.
