Your daily pitch

Then this position might be just the right opportunity for you! In this role you will be the bridge between Finance and HR teams. Working within FP&A and in close coordination with HR, the role ensures reliable staff-cost data, accurate forecasts, and meaningful insights that guide budgeting, monthly reporting, and business planning.

Your playing field:

  • You own maintenance and continuous improvement of the workforce and staff-cost models, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals spend analysis, and scenario analysis.
  • You prepare monthly presentation materials on staff related costs
  • You control monthly staff cost capitalization process.
  • You coordinate staff-cost budgeting and forecasting processes together with the Lead HR Insight Analyst to ensure alignment with hiring plans and organisational changes.
  • You perform financial-controlling checks on staff-cost postings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with plans and forecasts.
  • You participate in monthly management reporting, including staff-cost variance analysis, commentary, and coordinating inputs from HR and Finance.

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Qualification. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business or data.
  • Experience. You have experience working in a Finance or HR Team with an emphasis on workforce cost planning and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy. You use Excel as an expert and it's your daily business. You're confident in using advanced functions in Excel (i.e. data manipulation, power query, pivot tables and formulas) and you have a strong interest in technology. Any additional experience with tools used for data analysis, reporting, or automation (such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to present data driven insights clearly and effectively to influence stakeholders.
  • Languages. You are fluent in English and you are able to communicate with various stakeholders across all seniority levels in a confident and efficient way.
