Lead Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Lead Recruitment Coordinator to sit in our Valencia hub and command our global coordination engine. This is a high-visibility role centered on managing a distributed team of coordinators and owning the global "employee journey" from the moment an offer is signed.

The Mission: Global Operational Leadership

As the Lead, you are the bridge between talent strategy and operational execution. You will ensure that whether a BRO joins us in Limassol, Lisbon, or Valencia, their experience is seamless, fast, and world-class.

• Lead the Global Coordination Team: Direct, mentor, and synchronize a team of HR Coordinators across various international locations. You are responsible for their performance, alignment, and professional growth.

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Architect and manage the end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding process globally. You ensure every new hire is "mission-ready" from Day 1.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central point of contact, collecting and updating information from stakeholders (HR Ops, SysAdmin, IT, Legal) to ensure our onboarding playbooks are always up-to-date and compliant.

• Data Mastery & Reporting: Prepare high-level reports and analytics using ATS and HRIS data to track recruitment velocity, onboarding success, and team efficiency.

• System Optimization: Maintain and optimize our HR tech stack (HiBob/BambooHR), ensuring data integrity and finding ways to automate manual workflows.

Requirements: The DNA We’re Looking For

• The Leader: 5+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment Coordination with a proven track record of leading or managing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

• The Tech Expert: Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems—specifically HiBob or BambooHR—and deep experience navigating complex ATS ecosystems.

• The Project Manager: You have the ability to juggle global time zones, diverse stakeholders, and high-volume data without losing your focus.

• The Mindset: Proactive, detail-obsessed, and ready to take ownership of a global function. You don't just report problems; you build the solutions.
