ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Lead Product Designer – Gaming, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences across our Poker & Casino products. You will bring deep expertise in gamification and mobile gaming to craft engaging and immersive user experiences.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

Your key missions will include:

• Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and implement a strategic vision for gaming products, in partnership with the Head of Product Design and the Heads of Product for Casino & Poker.
  
• Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across all platforms.
  

• Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and support a team of designers, fostering their professional growth.
  
• Create playful and engaging experiences.
  
• Continuously improve design processes and drive innovation.
  

• UX/UI Design:

• Design captivating experiences for Poker and Casino games, incorporating gamification elements and innovative game systems.
  
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive interfaces aligned with user expectations and product goals.
  
• Craft micro-interactions and animations to enrich the user experience and boost immersion.
  
• Integrate motion design elements to energize the UI and guide user actions.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product, Tech, and Creative teams.
  
• Advocate for design decisions to internal stakeholders.
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?🔍

People with a great sense of humor, respect, kindness, a touch of zeal, and a true passion for their craft!

This role is for you if:

• You are a true user experience expert, with at least 10 years of experience in product design, including 3 years in a similar leadership role.
  
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience designing mobile apps in the entertainment or mobile gaming space.
  
• You have natural leadership skills and proven success in team management.
  
• You are highly organized and able to provide strategic direction to your team.
  
• You bring expertise in gamification, game mechanics, and the design of immersive experiences for games of chance.
  
• You have experience designing progression systems, reward systems, and engaging interactions.
  
• You are highly proficient with design tools like Figma.
  
• You possess strong skills in prototyping, design systems, and UI creation.
  
• You have great communication and mentoring skills to rally teams around your vision.
  
• And of course, you’re fluent in English.
  

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?📝

• If your application is selected, Pierre will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.
  
• You’ll then be asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).
  
• Within two weeks, you’ll work on a case study and present it to part of the Product Design team.
  
• You’ll then meet Lucien – Head of Product Design (your future manager), followed by Thomas – Chief Experience Officer.
  
• Finally, Pierre will conduct the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst results.
  

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
