As a Lead Game Designer, you will take ownership of the game development lifecycle, from concept to release, aligning creative vision with business objectives. You will work closely with designers, developers, artists, and stakeholders to bring our games to life while maintaining industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Game Vision & Design:
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to define the creative vision, ensuring cohesion, innovation, and a compelling player experience.
  • High-Level Game Requirements:
Translate creative concepts into clear, actionable development tasks and documentation.
  • Game Standardization & Guidelines:
Establish and enforce standards to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance throughout development.
  • Production Quality Oversight:
Supervise production processes to deliver high-quality games from concept through final release.
  • Executive Decision-Making:
Make critical decisions balancing creative ambition with technical feasibility and business priorities.
    • Game Mechanics Development:
Design, refine, and optimize engaging game mechanics that enhance player experience and retention.
    • Mathematical Problem-Solving:
Apply mathematical principles to identify and resolve issues in game balance, mechanics, and probability, ensuring fairness and fun.
    • Team Management & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-disciplinary team of designers, developers, and artists. Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and ensure the team remains motivated and aligned with project goals.

     Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Senior Game Designer / Game Producer or in a similar production role in the gaming industry.
    • Experience in Live Game development would be regarded as a plus.
    • Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and production methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and technical constraints.
    • Experience with game mechanics, probability, and basic mathematical modeling is a plus.
    • Passion for games and deep understanding of player behavior and market trends
